2025 Convention Itinerary

This year’s convention itinerary has been thoughtfully designed to offer flexibility and choice for all attendees. Meetings will be scheduled on an hourly basis throughout the event, each featuring a dedicated topic, chair, and speaker. This format allows guests to plan their days around the sessions they most wish to attend, while still having time to enjoy other activities.

Mallorca AA International Convention 2025 - Registration Times - Upper First Floor

Thursday 2nd Oct. from 16:00 - 19:30

Friday 3rd Oct. from 09:30 - 13:00 / from 15:30 - 18:30

Saturday 4th Oct. from 09:00 - 10:30 / from 14:00 - 17:30

Sunday 5th Oct. from 09:30 - 11:00

NOTE: IF YOU NEED TO REGISTER FOR THE CONVENTION OUTSIDE OF THE ABOVE REGISTRATION DESK TIMES PLEASE, CONTACT ONE OF OUR CONVENTION ASSISTANTS WHO CAN BE IDENTIFIED BY THEIR GREEN COLOURED LANYARDS.

Convention 'Morning Sunrise' Meetings ,Yoga, Meditation & Breathing Classes

For those wishing to attend any of the above beach activities please, be advised that the meeting point will be at the bottom of the road leading to the beach from the hotel and next to the Tamerells cafe. (Approximately a 3 minute walk).

If you could please be at this point around 10 minutes before any of the activities start times it would be gratefully appreciated.

We hope that you have a wonderful experience of the sunrise over Puerto Pollença...

Entertainment

We’re excited to offer a lively and diverse entertainment program throughout the convention weekend:

Friday Evening

Join us in the main hotel lounge for a Disco and Karaoke Night, perfect for warming up the weekend with music, laughter, and connection. Upstairs on the 1st floor, we’ll also host our first Delegate Jam Session, where musicians among us can share their talents in a relaxed, supportive space.

Saturday Evening

One of Puerto Pollensa’s top live bands will perform exclusively for our delegates — an upbeat night of dancing and celebration. Our second Delegate Jam Session will run simultaneously in the upper convention hall for those who prefer a more acoustic, soulful vibe.

Sunday & Monday Evenings

We’ll close out the weekend with our now-traditional Delegate Singalong Sessions, held on the 1st floor of the Convention space. Expect joy, gratitude, and a lot of heartfelt harmony as we celebrate recovery and fellowship through music.

Big Convention Fun Quiz

When - Friday 3rd October @ 14:30

Where - The Hotel Garden (left side gardens from front of main pool)

If you would like to join in this great fun event please, pass your name to our registration them on the upper 1st floor by 13:30 on Friday.

This will help us organise the teams, but if you already have your team please let us know.

We very much hope that you will join us for this fun afternoon of quizzing and of AA fellowship & friendship. Also, a little quiz competition and, most definitely a few laughs.

The Quiz will will run for approximately one hour.

There might even be a few prizes !

Fun, Games & Activities

When - Saturday 4th October @ 14:30

Where - Hotel Tennis courts (To the left on leaving main hotel entrance)

If you would like to join us for a fun packed event of games, activities and light competition please, pass your name to our registration team on the 1st floor by 13:30 on Saturday.

This will help us organise the teams, however, if you would wish to form your own team with friends do let us know - We suggest that teams have around a maximum of 4 participants.

We look forward to you joining us for approximately an hour of great AA friendship and fellowship with no doubt a lot of laughter along the way.

Also, there may indeed be a few prizes!
