AA Women's Meetings

We are pleased to announce that some female only AA meetings will take place during our forthcoming convention. The meetings will be "Pop Up" and as such won't appear in our itinerary pamphlet.

If you wish to register your interest please contact the ladies who will be organizing the meetings, who will confirm times and locations through the Convention.

Al-Anon and ACA (Adult Children of Alcoholics) Participation

We can confirm that there will be meetings and activities for both Al-Anon and ACA (Adult Children of Alcoholics) during the convention.

Both these fellowships will have a separate registration &; information point within the hotel.

Fun Events & Activities

During the course of our forthcoming convention we felt it might be a good idea to offer some fun activities in-between our many AA meetings and therefore, we are planning to have a few fun events where everyone who attends the convention can join in.

AA Big Fun Quiz Quiz

Friday 14:30 - 1hr approx.

Our fun quiz will take place in the hotel gardens and is the first fun event planned at this year's convention. A team event with questions on subjects such as AA history, music, geography and general knowledge.

Fun Activities Event

Saturday 14:30 - 1hr approx.

This fun games event will take place on in the hotel all surface sports area. A team event, teams will compete over four or five fun activities that everyone can take part in, including archery, boules, basket shots and others.

Convention Disco & Karaoke

Friday 21:30

We will hold a convention disco which will include an opportunity to join our fellows singing on the Karaoke. The event will start at 21:30 and finish at around 23:45. Everyone is invited to join us for an evening of music, dance and singing, an opportunity to get the glad rags on and show all our moves on the dance floor and our talents with the microphone.

Sing A Long with Our Fellows

Saturday, Sunday and Monday at 21:30.

Following last year's highly successful sing a long held in our convention hall where a number of our fellows played instruments and sang some fabulous songs we have decided to repeat this wonderful event this year.

We very much look forward to this fantastic get together and sharing in some great nights of fellowship.
